Indaco ha curato un progetto di comunicazione-divulgazione in collaborazione con Confesercenti Siena per la valorizzazione ambientale dei prodotti tipici del territorio, rivolto a esercenti, ristoratori e consumatori. Dal calcolo dell’impronta di carbonio degli alimenti risulta che la qualità dei prodotti tipici locali va di pari passo con la sostenibilità delle produzioni.
